How do you Reserve/Book a Room using Entourage 2004?

Hi everyone,

I¹m really excited about finally being able to use Entourage at work! I¹m
so close I can taste it :)

There¹s ONE issue left: booking a meeting room using Entourage. In Outlook
you just add the room as a ³Resource,² and the room gets booked. I can¹t
seem to find out how to do this in Entourage! Please let me know if I¹m
missing something, or if there¹s a hack...otherwise I still have to use my
PC to book meetings with rooms!

The only way this will work is if your Exchange environment is set up to
accept reservations that are sent to the room's email address. Entourage
does not have a Resource field in which to add a room; just a To field.

This depends partly on how your company has decided to describe conferencing
resources. Where I work, the conference rooms are just entries in the
Directory. If I go to Entourage, create a meeting invite, and just add the
name of the conference room as a recipient, the room is booked.
