During sync with my palm it overwrote my address book and trying restore
from a backup. Can it be done?
Rename the backup identity so it doesn't overwrite your current identity,
and move it back to the Identity folder located in the Microsoft User Data
folder.
Next switch Identities.
Use the File->Export Contacts function to create a tab delimited file.
Save it to your desktop.
Switch Identities and select your main identity. Now you can import the
file you created. File->Import. Select import from a text file.
