how do you set power point to download automatically?

I am trying to set up a power point presentation to download automatically
the election votes from each canident. Is power point capable to do that?

You're going to have to give us more information. Where is your
presentation? Is it a web page? How are people voting? Are they voting in
the PPT file, or somewhere else?

This may all be obvious to you, but we can't see what you're looking at or
working with.
