How do you stack objects. I used to press Ctrl T

In my older version of publisher, you could press contrl T to make something
transparetn to m "stamp" a publication,. How do you do this in the newe
versions of Publisher

There is a transparency tool on the picture toolbar. Publisher still uses the
ctrl+t as the transparency keyboard shortcut. Not sure what you mean about m
"stamp."
