What version of Office are you using?
In Office 2003 once you've selected [Change] on the
Microsoft Office choice in Add/Remove Programs and
then Add or Remove Features, use the [x] Advanced Customization...
check box and it should be listed under
Office Shared Features=>Alternative User Input
