How do youforward an email and preserve the HTML format?

How can I forward an email and preserve the HTML format?
I often get HTML designed pages, and when I try to forward them, the
email loses it's format.

This is a known issue, and it's been published several times on this board.
There are two current solutions:

1) Select the message, then select Forward as Attachment from the Message
menu. This places a properly formatted copy of the message into a new one,
and you can obviously add your own information in the new message.

2) Select the message, then use the Redirect command from the Message menu.
This will allow you to forward the message, but you won't be able to append
your own text to the new outgoing message.

We're hoping that MS fixes this (rather significant) issue in an upcoming
release.
