How does a "respond to all" work with a bcc recipient?

If I were to send an e-mail to "A" and do a blind copy
(bcc) to "B", and "A" replies to all, will "B" get a copy
of the reply?

Nope, A never knows that there was a message send to B so it won't reply to
it either.

who gets BCC'd. If he reply's...
