How does t-test with unequal variance determine df?

help me -

For a two-sample t-test with unequal variances, df depends on sample
variances and sample sizes.

In the Office Online Help of Excel 2003, select the "About statistical
analysis tools" topic, expand the "t-Test" section, and you'll see the
formula for df.

Or, look at the "Unequal sample sizes, unequal variance" section of
