How export several Dist.lists to Excel

Is it possible to export several (quite a many)
distribution lists to Excel or txt-file at the time? They
are in the same Contacts-folder.

Not without writing code. The quick and dirty way to export a single list is
to save it as a text file, then strip the first few lines before the names
and addresses. Repeat as needed.
