how find , business card options?

I just opened my publisher 2003 to make business cards...still number of
things lacking in the program..But i clicked on NEW PUBLICATIONS menu and
then PUBLICATION FOR PRINT menue and found i cant start with no design
(blank) but rather must choose predefined template, for my business
card..with the BUSINESS CARD OPTIONS TASK PANE on the left present. SO
instead i went back and chose BLANK PUBLICATIONS menue under the NEW
PUBLICATIONS MENU thogh now i do have blank (non templated) business card
canvas to work with, there is now No BUSINESS CARD OPTION TASK PANE any
longer.
i dont seem to be able to find this pane !

File, page setup, business card, click change copies per sheet button, type .5
top, .75 side, zero gaps.
