How I can retain my ID information and yet limit what appears onoutbound news messages, etc.

I would like to retain my ID on my Entourage database because I use it for
work, but I want to send other emails out that are to the general public and
I would prefer not to have everything spelled out.

Is there a way to use an alias or short version without all the details as
the ID for outbound email and news messages?

I highly suggest that you use a nospam address for posting on newsgroups.

No, it's still showing your correct address.

In your Accounts window, select News. Open the Microsoft News Server and
select the No Spam account.
