How is Javascript menu text spidered?

I applied a Javascript drop-down menu effect with
mouseovers but the text within the source file is not
spidered: Here is the page with the Javascript menu at the
top: http://www.floridaorlandotickets.net/index3.htm

To get the text spidered, I was told by my internet
optimization specialist that we need a "no index" tag
embedded within the code.

Anyone know what that tag is and where exactly it is
placed within the code? Any help would be much
appreciated. Thanks!

Here is a forum on it, apparently you can surround javascript with
<NOINDEX></NOINDEX> tags
