How keep meeting invitees from forwarding meeting to other people.

I setup meetings in which often times, a lot of people are invited. I have
noticed that the people I invite, then forward the invite to others and
before I know it, I have way too many people, half of which I don't know why
they are there. Is there a way as a meeting organizer to lock the invite
list and prevent others from forwarding to others/accepting the meeting that
were not on the original invite? I want the opportunity to approve these
additional people first.

You certainly don't want to use PowerPoint to do this. Perhaps posting your
question in the Outlook newsgroup would be more appropriate?

I don't know how you would invite people to meetings using PowerPoint. I
think you have stumbled onto the wrong newsgroup.
