Once I uploaded it successfully, it said it would be approved in 48 hours.

That is an extremely long time. I'd probably be tempted to re-upload it,
unless the original instructions say you shouldn't for some reason? (Like,
it creates duplicate uploads or something.) If they say not to, then try to
be patient just a little longer. (I know, 10 days is nuts, but do try!

Okay, I found out you should be notified if it were rejected, so I suspect
something wonky's happened in cyberspace. I also found out that you can
upload the template again, and if duplicates appear, you'll be able to
delete one.
