How may I listen a .wav file attached to received e-mail?

à have a problem: my client receive an e-mail from our system with a .wav
file attached... But he can´t listen the sound file attached. The e-mail have
no indication of the .wav file like occurs in Outlook Express. When I choose
"File" - "Save attachment" it can save the .wav file, but it doesnt have an
attachment indication... May someone help me with a solution to this problem?
