How nickname list generate a name

Nickname list is automatically generated but where it get that nickname.
Before it suggested ex. John Smith <John Smith >
now it suggest Joh Smith <john>, john=username.

Where do you see "ex. John Smith <John Smith >" and where Joh Smith <john>,
john=username?

In the Outlook Addressbook (if you use Outlook)?

I believe you mean the "autocomplete" feature:

You can change some of this entries in this "autocomplete" list manualy or
you can delete the complete list.
