how to access animation setting in POWER POINT

I have set the animation effect of title and body on the slide through
slide show/custom animation.
I now want to access these Animation effects programatically IN VB and then
delete these animation effects .
I'm nat able to access these animation setting which had been set through
Custom animation <not by program >in VISUL BASIC program.
COULD anybody help me out in accessing these animation setting in visual
basic.
