How to add a filed

Is there a way to add a field to a contact in Entourage?
E.g.: in the Netherlands, the last name is often preceded by 'van' or 'van
der', like 'Beatrix *van* Oranje'. Or you would like to add a middle name,
e.g. Richard *Mulhouse* Nixon. I cannot seem to find that option.

You cannot add a field, but you can use the Custom fields to add a middle
name. You would need to select "Custom 1" from View-> Columns to add the
field to the AB window.

You can also use the Nickname field. Whatever you add to this field does not
show up in a message.

Lastly, you can put two names in the Last Names box.
