How to add a picture to a shaperange

i am adding pictures in a loop and would like to add them to a
collection so i can go in any time to an individual picture in the loop
and delete or put it again

for example, adding 10 pictures (1...10) and then go back to picture
number 5 and enlarge it.


it looks like the best method to do that is through shaperange,
i am able to add each picture individualy but can not belong them to
the shapes collection.

i need the collection to include only these specific pictures and not
all objects on the silde.

any ideas how to do that?
