How to ADD a REAding Pane in Drafts folder-Ridiculous to NOT Have

Isn't it ODD that MS did not includes a Reading Pane in all Folders except
the Drafts Folder?
It used to be there in 2000, so why would they take this feature away?
Are you aware of any Add-ons that add back this feature?
