How to add a sort expression in criteria

Dear all,

I have some records, in that, there is closing date field, I would like to
sort this field
in either Ascending or Descending order in a query - please help me
I mean How to add a sort expression in criteria (asending )in a query. I use
Access 2003 with winXP.

Hi - in the Query just click on the Sort line - choose Ascending or
Descending.
