How to add watermarks to Entourage

I received a message from an Outlook user with a really cool looking
watermark or background. I saved the .gif file but I am not sure if
Entourage 2004 11.2 supports backgrounds or watermark?

If you know how to add one, please let me know. I tried it and wound up
with a little square.

If your messages are HTML you can do Insert | Background Picture from the
Message Menu.
