How to apply multiple skills to a resource

Hi,
Could anyone tell me how I can apply multiple skills to my
resource, where skills is an Enterprise Resource Outline
Code. The goal is to generate resource list view, grouped
by skills, where each resource has one or more skills.

If you are using Project Server 2003, then enterprise Resource outline codes
20-29 are multi-value (MV) fields. If you are using Project Server 2002,
then you must use multiple enterprise Resource outline codes to quantify
multiple skills. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale. Although outline code 20 did not work for me
as a MV field, but 29 did.
