How to arrange for F4 to keep the format (i.e. size of fonts)?

I chose the title slide. Type into the main title placeholder. Then I
positioned my cursor in the sub-title placeholder and press F4. The text
appeared but with a different font, which is logical though.

I am curious if there is a way to keep the original format while using F4.

F4 is wonderful and I think I may be a bit "greedy" ......
