How to attach an email ??

I've recently converted over from Outlook 2008 to Entourage 2008 -- one
feature I can't seem to find is how to attach (not forward) an email to
another email. My only attachment options seem to be for files or
pictures/sounds/movies.

What am I missing?

You can select the message, and then under the Message menu, select "Forward
as Attachment". Alternatively, you can open a new e-mail message, and then
drag the message that you wish to forward directly onto the new message
window's attachments pane or the main message composition pane.
