How to Automatic Backup and General Operation between computers??

What is the best way to Automatically back up Entourage 2004? Use the
backup mac utility program to schedule a backup of the "Microsoft User
Data" folder, daily to my .mac account?

Next, what is the best way to run Entourage on two machines
simultaneously, one computer at the office and the other at home? Set
one of these two computers to automatically restore the backup
Microsoft User Data" folder from the .mac account? Set one of these
machines as a master and the other to Read Only. Any other suggestions?

I'm not sure your .Mac account will be big enough. There aare dozens of
backup utilities out there. You can backup to DVDs, hard drives, netwirk
drives... whatever you chose.
