How to Back up Contacts

'Help' instruction are very clear: 1) " On the File Menu, click Import and
Export"...Except there's no "import and export" in my File menue.

Stuck at step one - Now what?

After furious head scratching, Stormingerman asked:

Moreover, you would never use export to backup Contacts. They are already in
a data file. Just copy that file.
