How to change Outlook paper space?

Hi guys,

Is there any way using third party program or some Outlook option to change colour of paper space into the black? (Picture below).

This white surface is the reason I don't use desktop version.
I'm using Outlook 2019 in my company.
Any advice is very welcome.
