How to change the language used for menus and dialog boxes

Hi,
I'm using Windows XP (Hebrew & English) with Office XP
(Hebrew & English). The office menues, and specifically
front page, are in Hebrew. I would like to make them
apear in English.
In the help, they suggest to change it under "Regional
and Language Options" in Control Panel, "on the Languages
tab, under Language used in menus and dialogs".
The problem is that on Languages tab I DON'T have any
Language used in menus and dialogs"
Can you help?
