How to change toolbar color

Hi.

I'm creating some forms using the access toolbars. It's working great.

I create some fancy buttons to insert in the toolbar.

Those buttons have a background color in order to not see the difference
between the image and button.

My question/issue is that if I use XP, it's amazing. if I use Vista,
becvause of the windows scheme/theme colour behind the toolbar as a different
background color so my images are not nice anymore.

How can I change the toolbar background color?
