puzzled by outlook 2002

Only 3 users in my company use 2002 outlook instead of
good old reliable 2000.
One of the 2002 users has lost the ability to view the
public folders from the exchange server. (Yes this was a
result of excessive, almost random, clicking by the user.)

Where do you go in 2002 to reconfigure the settings to
"Corporate, or Workgroup" to bring the public folders back
to the folder list??????

Thanks in advance for any help.

There isn't any Corporate/Workgroup mode in Outlook 2002. Can the user
still open their mailbox on the Exchange server? When they look at the
Folder list do they see any Public Folders entries at all?

We finally stumbled onto the answer:
Go to control panal, and then to mail options, to choose
the "Exchange Server" where you fill in pertinent info.

Thanks!!!!
