How to configure SMTPHost variable???

I am new to frontpage programming.

I am testing my website locally on PWS and I want to send
the results of my form to my email id but I get the
following message

Error #160007 Message: Saving Form Results to E-Mail will
not work unless either the "SMTPHost" or "SendmailCommand"
server configuration parameters are set.

How do I find the name or IP address of a host running an
SMTP daemon?

Hi Rudy,
you realise this will only be an issue if you want to test your forms
locally - when you go into production your host should have smtp set up?

Bearing that in mind to test your forms locally you'll need an smtp server
you can authenticate against - try entering your isp's server, eg
smtp.yourisp.com. This may or may not work - depending on how your isp
authenticates outgoing email. If it doesn't work you'll have to test your
forms live on your hosts server. For obvious reasons there's not an isp in
the world that allows just anyone to send email through their servers.
