Does anyone know how I can convert my Entourage 2004 DB for use with
Mail, Address Book, Contacts, and iCal?

Contacts and events can be transfered by simply activating Sync Services
in Entourage.

E-mails can be imported from Mail. There is an Import from Entourage
option,
