How to convert Infopath into mht format using code

Dear Friends,

I am new to InfoPath and i need your help.
I have a Infopath form and i want to save this form with our company
standard heading at the header.

so, i first save the Infopath to .mht format using "export to web" option.
Then i have a word document which contains header information.
Then i place a button on the Infopath form and added the coding to create a
new document which copy both the .mht file and header document.

Now i want do this convertion of Infopath to .mht format inside the button
click using jscript.

This is an Urgent requirement in our company.

Kindly help me to solve this issue...
