How to convert Outlook to Entourage 2004

I've just switched my 20-year PC loving sister to her first Mac. She
want to purchase Entourage 2004, but only if she can convert her
Outlook mail to Entourage.

What is the easiest method for doing this?

Alternatively, there's a cheap shareware program called O2M (Outlook2Mac)
that seems to do the job quite well.

Note that you cannot buy Entourage 2004 as a separate product; it only comes
as part of Microsoft Office 2004.
