how to convert Outlook97 .pab addresses into Outlook2007 contacts.

I need to move my Outlook 97 Personal Address Book to Outlook 2007 or move
my Outlook Personal Address Book to Outlook 2007.

Help says you can import it but I can not find any instructions.
