How to copy ALL data from another mac with entourage 2004

How do you copy ALL data from another mac with entourage 2004- with the
caveat of adding it into a specific identity of the target location.
(Copying my data from the Mac Pro to my wifes' Mac Book Pro where I
"have my own identity" in Office for Mac 2004.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Tony!

From what you describe, I'm assuming you don't want to replace the
existing Identity on your wife's MacBook Pro but rather merge your data
into it.

In Entourage on your Mac Pro, select File --> Export... and export All
Items to an Entourage archive. This creates a .rge file.

Copy the .rge file to your wife's MacBook Pro and in your Identity there
select File --> Import... Select your .rge file and continue from there.

For more things you can do with Entourage, have a look at The Entourage
Help Page <http://entourage.mvps.org>, which is a great resource for
beginners as well as advanced users.

Hope this helps! bill
