How to copy and paste an "ALL DAY EVENT"

How do you copy and paste an "ALL DAY EVENT" in Office for Mac 2004
Entourage?
There is no copy button available from the top menu or elsewhere.

You have a few other ways to do this although I believe Entourage should
allow the simple Copy/Paste method as one of the options.

If you have a two-button mouse, right-click the event and select the
"Copy To -->" item in the contextual menu that appears. Or with a
one-button mouse use Ctrl + click to do the same thing. Copy to the same
calendar and then move the copy to the appropriate date.

Or, even easier, hold the Option key as you drag the event to a
different date. Option + dragging in many applications duplicates items.

and click the event and drag it.
