how to copy contacts from one computer to mine?

new job all using outlook and I want to copy my Bosses outlook contact into
my outlook. He has given me all permissions but i am still at a loss on how
to perform this task.

You seem also to be at a loss for providing information. Is your boss using
Exchange server or a local data file? Which are you using?
Normally one would create an Outlook data file with the information you want
to transfer, then open that file in the other installation.
