How to correct corrupt hyperlink?

I use a broad variety of hyperlinks in my presentations. Recently I noticed
some of my actions buttons have "converted" thier intended action (i.e.
hyperlink to slide 23) into a "mailto:my email address here" link, which,
surprise surprise did not perform the expected action of calling for my email
program.

I've done the "Detect & Fix" to no avail.

Any help out there?
