How to correct the "Some text in this message is in a language your computer cannot display" warning

Certain emails I receive come with a warning saying, "Some text in this message is in a language your computer cannot display", and therefore the message remains blank, even though this message was written in English! Is there any thing/setting that can be done so that Entourage can see this message?
