How to customize a site template with several documentation libraries ?

Hi ,

I want to create a site template with several fixed documentation libraries
in
the sharepoint service and the PWA. It will look like the following ...

Documents
Shared Documents <-- Currently in the default site template
Test Documents
Meeting Minustes

After the site template is created,everyone creates the project will create
the sharepoint site with above documentation library as default showing in
the
list.

Can anyone tell me what can I do ?
