How to cut and paste multiple emails into Outlook(distribution lis

I have a large list of people in a spreadsheet file that I want to receive
the same newsletter. How can I cut and paste the mnames from Excel into
Outlook easily (instead of one at a time)?

Don't do it. Instead, perform a mail merge in Word using the Excel sheet as
the data source.
