How to de-install Entourage

I use apple mail. How do I de-install Entourage

You don't need to. If you want to remove all of Office, you can do so using
the Remove Office tool. However, I would suggest you keep Entourage if you
plan to keep Office, as it manages the database which is used across all
four applications. If you really have no desire to use Entourage, just
launch it, and go to Entourage > Turn Off Office Notifications, and then go
to Tools > Accounts and delete all of the accounts. Quit.

Then, open System Preferences, and then click Accounts. Find your account,
and then click the "Login Items" tab. If you see "Microsoft Database
Daemon" or "My Day" in the list, select and delete it/them.

Don't try to remove an Office application just because you don't use it. The
developers have warned that future updates could be compromised. It can sit
there unused and it takes up very little space.
