How to delete narration

I have a generic presentation I started with. It can be modified &
personalized. How can I delete the narration. "Slide Show Setup" does not
work. The icon for sound is not on the slide to delete. Help!!!

Well, how did you insert the narration in the first place? Is it perhaps
connected to the slide transition?

You can also use File/Save as HTML and then delete the sounds from the
resulting files. Reopen the HTML file in PPT (go to File/Open and select
"all files" from the "file types" drop-down and then navigate to the HTML
file to do so) and use File/Save As to resave as a PPT file.

I found out from the home office that the sound is in a wav file that is
embedded on the CD, no inst on how to get it off though...anymore thoughts
would be helpful!!
