- How to display database results as 3 columns of records?

I have a table which looks like this:

iId | cName |
--------------
002 | aaa
006 | bbb
007 | ccc
009 | ddd
003 | eee
012 | fff
008 | ggg
015 | hhh
.... | ...

What I need to do is display them as follows:
(displaying triplets of records side by side)

iId | cName | iId | cName | iId | cName
----------------------------------------
002 | aaa | 006 | bbb | 007 | ccc
009 | ddd | 003 | eee | 012 | fff
008 | ggg | 015 | hhh | ... | ...

How can this be done?
