OK, I've read all the posts where it's supposedly a "benefit" that Entourage doesn't show a contact's nickname in the "To" field. Actually, one of the features I like about Outlook is the very ability to do this by using the "File as" option. Suppose my contact's full name is Dr. Aloysius Benjamin Franklin, Jr., and suppose that he really goes by "Ben." Entourage will put "Aloysius Franklin" in the "To" field, whereas in Outlook it'll show (quite easily) "Ben Franklin." Other than typing "Ben" into the person's "First" name field (which is incorrect), does anyone know how to "fix" this in Entourage?
Thanks for your help!
