How to edit autocomplete list for email addresses?

I am running Entourage vX on a Mac OS X. Somehow, a couple names have crept
into my autocomplete email addresses list which I never want to use; they
get in the way and waste time because they interfere with similar names
which I do want to use. They are not in my addressbook. I don't know where
they come from; so, how do I edit the autocomplete list to remove entries
from it which I never want to use?
