how to enable macros?

Hello:

curious problem: Word was working correctly, since two days if i want to do
a copy-paste, I get the following error:

Microsoft Visual Basic:
the macros in this project are disabled. Pleasr refer to the online help or
documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros.


I launched Microsoft office 2003 setup, I removed VBA for applications, then
re-installed it. Nothing change.

Any tips??
