I've set up another user account on my system and want to

contacts?
Someone else advised you to export. Don't. Never export when moving data
from Outlook to Outlook.
If you want to move only your contacts, open a new PST with File>New>Outlook
Data File (or Personal Folders File, depending on your Outlook version,
which you didn't include). Browse to a folder that is shared by both
usernames, give your PST a name (or accept the default name) and click OK.
The new PST will now appear in your Folder View. Now, right-click on your
Contacts folder and choose "Copy Contacts". On the pop-up you get, locate
the new PST you created and select it. Click OK. This will create a
duplicate Contacts folder in the new PST. Now, right-click on the new PST
in the Folder View and choose "Close". Exit Outlook.
Log into the other account and open Outlook. Now, open the PST you created
above with File>Open>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folders File) and browse
to the PST. Select it and click OK. You can now open that Contacts folder,
select all the contacts, and drag them to your default Contacts folder.
Alternatively, you can just make the new PST the default delivery location
and won't have to move any Contacts. It you have other items in the old
PST, though, you probably don't want to do that.
